Maria Grosskettler is a lover of the written word. She knows the power and magic it holds. As an elementary teacher, she strives to inspire this same love into young readers and writers. As a writer, she strives to bring that magic into the hands and minds of readers both young and young at heart. 

When not reading, writing or teaching, Maria enjoys spending time with her husband and son seeking adventures everyday. As a family, they enjoy traveling, hiking, biking and kayaking. She lives in Maryland part of the year. The rest of the time, she travels the world creating her own adventures which are often what inspire her stories.

She is excited to announce her debut novel for young readers entitled TRACKS which will be available on Kindle and print format FALL 2020.
