A published poet and author of books for all ages, Susan Yaruta-Young was a longtime Maryland State Arts Council Poet in the Schools and has taught writing, poetry, and drama in venues including Maryland, Maine, New York, and Thailand. She and her husband live in Downeast Maine.

Susan will be signing copies of her six books in the Max & Charles Nature Adventures series.
